At the JML Law Firm, we specialize in patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and unfair competition law, including practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and litigation in U.S. Federal and State Courts.  We also represent clients on criminal, personal injury, commercial litigation, wills and real estate matters.

Our office is conveniently located in the Courthouse Corporate Center in the center of Long Island in Central Islip, Suffolk County, New York. The recently renovated Courthouse Corporate Center has become the home away from home for many of Long Island’s prominent attorneys and Judges.  The location provides attorneys with efficient and quick access to the courts throughout Long Island and into New York City, allowing us the ability to better serve our clients.  For example, the office is located immediately adjacent to the Cohalan Court Complex (including Family Court, District Court and New York State Supreme Court) and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.  Also adjacent to our office is the new campus of Touro Law School.

            We designed our website with you, the client, in mind.  The “About Us” section provides a summary of who we are, including our academic credentials and experience, so that you can have confidence in your attorney.  The “Practice Areas” section provides a brief statement of each of the areas of law that we provide counseling to our clients.  The “Contact Us” section includes not only the information that you need to contact us (e.g., telephone and facsimile numbers, street address and e-mail address), but it also includes a way for you to ask us questions or provide comments.   Lastly, the “Links” page provides a list of helpful links to resources of various information on the world wide web.
